Vantrel Reed named as a Second Team All-American

Former Warren Central High School baseball player Vantrel Reed has been named as a Nation Junior College Athletic Association Second Team All-American after a successful season at Hinds Community College.

Reed finished the 2022 season with a .419 batting average, 12 home runs and 54 RBIs.

The Vicksburg native will soon take his talents to LSU-Shrevport to play on the next level.
