Vehicle accident on Mission 66 impacts traffic

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN)-Reports of a two-vehicle collision was reported in the area of McArthur and Mission 66 around 8:20 a.m.

A city landscape vehicle and a white truck is reported to be involved.

Fire Coordinator Jerry Briggs arrived on scene and reported no one was entrapped. However, a 70-year-old male was checked for injuries at the scene.

Please use an alternate route and expect traffic to be impacted through this area while rescue crews work the scene.
