Vehicle involved in rollover off Clay Street exit

At approximately 9:20 p.m. a vehicle crashed into a ditch after leaving the exit onto Clay Street.

A vehicle was traveling eastbound on Interstate 20 and exited at the Clay Street exit. For yet unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and overturned in a ditch at Clay Street.

The crash littered clay street with debris and the driver was entrapped within the vehicle.

With assistance, the driver was able to be extricated from the vehicle. The driver was then able to walk on her own to the ambulance and was treated for minor injuries.

At this time, traffic is flowing smoothly.
