VenuWorks managed Vicksburg Convention Center names sales manager

Billy Carson Berch has been hired as Sales Manager for the Vicksburg Convention Center in Vicksburg, MS. Erin Southard, Executive Director of the Vicksburg Convention Center announced.

“I am excited to add Carson to our team. He has such enthusiasm and great personality, I know he will make a great addition to the team,” said Southard. “He will be responsible for overseeing sales of event bookings and marketing for the facility.”

He is a native of Crystal Springs, MS and is a graduate of Crystal Springs High School and Hinds Community College where he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Commercial Design & Advertising.

He is closing a chapter after 20 years in the Gaming industry as marketing & advertising coordinator for various resort properties. Berch serves as the president of the Vicksburg Association of Marketing Professionals.

Berch will begin Dec.20.
