VHS basketball cheerleaders won multiple awards at the ULM Camp

The Vicksburg High School basketball cheerleaders recently attended a camp at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.

VHS received the first-place overall champion award, along with multiple other awards such as the first place U-Tine Award, first place Game Day Routine Award second place Sideline Cheer Award, On Point Award and three Superior Ribbons.

Precious Dayton, Jakira Gaines, Jaynesia Cattlin and Kynnade Washington were all named as All American Cheerleaders and are eligible to perform in Honolulu, HI from December 4-9 for the UCE Urban Cheerleading Experience.

Additionally, Shamaya Brown, Precious Dayton and Jakira Gaines were selected for future employment. Kinsley London also won the Most Improved Award.
