VHS fell to Ridgeland in game one

Vicksburg High School baseball team took a 8-0 loss to Ridgeland on Friday.

The Titans took a 2-0 lead at the end of the first inning after a double. No one would get another run until the fourth inning when Ridgeland scored on a steal and a single.

The Gators wasn’t able to get a run as Ridgeland managed to grab more late scores to upset VHS.

Braylon Green got two hits for VHS while Tyler Carter, Mincer Minor IV, and Connor Harrigill each got one.

The Gators will play Ridgeland again on Saturday.
