VHS softball player Kellisia Walker dominated at the plate on Monday

Vicksburg High School softball player Kellisia Walker did an impressive job at hitting on Monday in the Missy Gators’ 11-10 win over Ridgeland.

Walker went 3 for 4 at the plate against the Titans, which contributed to her team’s overall 11 hits. She also drove in two key run scores that helped VHS clinch the district title.

The junior right fielder has been racking up major hits this season for the Missy Gators while being coached by Brian Ellis.

Walker and the Missy Gators are scheduled to participate in the Class 5A playoffs next week.
