TCP Realty Services, LLC, a property management and real estate investment group based in Houston Texas, has purchased Vicksburg Commons.

TCP Reality operates throughout the Southwest and holds more than a dozen shopping malls. The group plans to keep the status quo with the current tenants and doesn’t plan on renaming the location.

The company plans to hold the property long-term and will be looking to find tenants to fill the empty spaces.

Vicksburg Commons sits adjacent to the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and within a mile of several hotels. The area encompasses over 96,000 square feet and is currently 79% occupied.

The property was constructed in 1995 and totals 9.41 acres.
