Vicksburg man arrested for meth possession

A local man was arrested early Sunday morning after a traffic stop revealed he was in possession of methamphetamine.

Rolando Taylor, 27, was pulled over in the area of Warrenton Road and Riverwood Place for a traffic violation at about 3:40 a.m. Sunday, April 18.  The officer conducted a search of the vehicle and found a plastic baggie that contained methamphetamine.

Taylor had his initial court appearance Monday, where Judge Angela Carpenter bound him over to the Warren County Grand Jury on a bond of $30,000.
