Vicksburg man charged with breaking his infant son’s leg

A Vicksburg man has been arrested for breaking his infant son’s leg in a domestic incident.

Police officers arrested Michael Holt, 31, on North Washington Street a few minutes after midnight Wednesday, charging him with one count of felony domestic violence. Police say Holt broke his 1-year-old son’s right leg while trying to assault the child’s mother.

In Vicksburg Municipal Court Saturday, Judge Angela Carpenter set Holt’s bond at $100,000 and bound him over to the Warren County grand jury.
