Vicksburg native Michael Phelps Jr killed in Alexandria, La.

Vicksburg native Michael Phelps, Jr. was stabbed to death in Alexandria, Louisiana on Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to a scene in the 3400 block of Queens Court around 3:30 a.m. When officers arrived they found 29 year old Phelps dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made at the time of this writing and Alexandria Police Department is continuing to look for a suspect.
