Vicksburg natives Malcolm Butler and DeMichael Harris had impressive games Sunday for their NFL teams, leading to victories for both.

Butler, who is a former VHS standout, led the Tennessee Titans in tackles yesterday as they finished with a 42-36 overtime win over the Houston Texans. He finished with a total of eight tackles, the most for the team.

Harris, who is a former St. Aloysius player, got his chance to get on the field for the first time in the NFL when the Indianapolis Colts defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in a close 31-27 win. He finished the game with three catches and 29 yards in his first game as a player on the active roster.

In less than a month, both Harris and Butler will play each other when the Titans and the Colts are scheduled to meet Nov. 12.
