Vicksburg site to administer 200 COVID-19 vaccinations Thursday

The City of Vicksburg, Warren County Board of Supervisors, and Warren County Emergency Management Agency, in conjunction with the Jackson-Hinds Vicksburg-Warren Family Health Clinic, will administer COVID-19 vaccines Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at 1203 Mission Park Drive beginning at 9 a.m.

Vaccines will be administered to the first 200 Vicksburg and Warren County residents that meet the state’s qualifications.

Currently, eligible individuals include:

  • Those 65 years of age and older
  • Those 18 to 64 with preexisting conditions making them more vulnerable to the virus
  • Health care workers
  • First responders.

The City of Vicksburg will provide free transportation to those in need through a partnership with NRoute, Vicksburg’s public transportation system. Contact the NRoute office at 601-636-1053 to schedule your ride.
