Vicksburg Warren School District reports 21 new COVID-19 cases and 59 quarantined

The Vicksburg Warren School District is reporting 21 new cases of COVID-19 in district schools for the week of Nov. 30 through Dec. 4, 2020. In addition, 59 students and staff were newly quarantined due to possible exposure to the virus in the same time period.

• 1 new positive case – teacher/staff
• 1 new positive case – student
• 5 quarantined – staff
• 21 quarantined – students

Bovina Elementary School

• 1 new positive case – teacher/staff

Bowmar Avenue Elementary School 

• 1 new positive case – teacher/staff
• 2 quarantined – staff

Dana Road Elementary School

• 1 new positive cases – teacher/staff
• 10 new positive cases – students
• 17 quarantined – students

Sherman Avenue Elementary School

• 1 new case – student
• 7 quarantined – students

Warren Central High School

• 1 new positive case – teacher/staff
• 1 new positive case – student
• 7 quarantined – students
