Vicksburg woman arrested for large quantity of marijuana
Makayla Harris was arrested on Thursday, May 6, after a search revealed a large quantity of marijuana.
Just before 9 p.m. on Thursday, officers arrived at her residence in response to complaints of drug activity in the area.
A search warrant was executed on her residence which revealed approximately 330 grams of marijuana and $2,987.
Harris was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
She was seen before Judge Angela Carpenter on Friday in Vicksburg Municipal Court. She received a $35,000 bond and was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
