VIDEO: Accident causes road closures

UPDATE: Clay Street has been reopened. The ramp remains closed at this time.

A service vehicle struck the overpass where the Interstate 20 eastbound access ramp crosses over Clay Street.  The portion of Clay Street as well as the access ramp will be temporarily closed as officials clear the scene and access the damage to the overpass.
