VIDEO – Mallory Cessna’s 19th birthday parade
Vicksburg resident Mallory Cessna celebrated her 19th birthday with a drive-by parade.
Mallory was in a wheelchair due to a broken ankle. She and her family requested that well wishers not give gifts or cards. They said all they and Mallory want is to feel a lot of love.
