VIDEO: Homicide on Enchanted Drive in Vicksburg

UPDATE: The Vicksburg Police Department has verified that the shooting victim has died as a result of his wounds.

Witnesses have provided the description of a dark colored sedan as the suspect vehicle.

A man has been shot multiple times on Enchanted Drive in Vicksburg.

The shooting occurred about 5:40 p.m. Monday.

The victim, only identified as a 20-year-old, has been transported to Merit Health River Region Hospital. His condition is not known at this time.

Multiple Vicksburg Police officers and investigators are on the scene investigating.
