Kevin Roberts flew to New York City to
shoot a pilot for a cooking show; that pilot is now available for viewing.
Earlier today he posted the pilot on his social media and is encouraging supporters and haters alike to watch the pilot. “This was a great learning experience and will allow me a chance to observe mannerisms, nervous ticks and behaviors on camera so that I can work on things to improve. The Chef then mentions the troubles with finding Cajun ingrediants in New York, “*Disclaimer: Buying southern ingredients in NY is difficult, especially Cajun sausage, grits and even shrimp. I had to improvise based on the ingredients they could find. Such as using polenta instead of grits.”
