Fit Chef Kevin Roberts in a less than flattering shot.
Kevin Roberts flew to New York City to shoot a pilot for a cooking show; that pilot is now available for viewing.
Earlier today he posted the pilot on his social media and is encouraging supporters and haters alike to watch the pilot. “This was a great learning experience and will allow me a chance to observe mannerisms, nervous ticks and behaviors on camera so that I can work on things to improve. After all, practice makes perfect and that’s how you develop skills. So, if you have 25 minutes to spare and want to watch me nervously cook an impromptu dinner, click on the link below. If you’re one of the haters who love gossiping and talking about me, click on the link as well. After all, the more views it gets, the better the chances they will pick me up to do a series, which will give yall more things to be jealous about,” remarked Roberts jokingly.
Roberts go on to explain, “In order to grow, you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone and make yourself vulnerable.” The Fit Chef says, “This was a great learning experience and will allow me a chance to observe mannerisms, nervous ticks and behaviors on camera so that I can work on things to improve. After all, practice makes perfect and that’s how you develop skills.

The Chef then mentions the troubles with finding Cajun ingrediants in New York, “*Disclaimer: Buying southern ingredients in NY is difficult, especially Cajun sausage, grits and even shrimp. I had to improvise based on the ingredients they could find. Such as using polenta instead of grits.”
He then closes with, “Too bad they didn’t make a clip of all the bloopers, cussing, mistakes and laughing. Promise it would of been more entertaining.”
