VPD Crime Report

March 28, 2011 At 8:07 am VPD took a report of 3 business burglaries at 3404 Pemberton Square Blvd. The first was at Best Way Rental in which 8 computers, 12 LG TV’s, a Sony Stereo System and 2 Amana Washers were reported stolen. The second was Naleka Pewter Ware in a 6X6 enclosed trailer with Naleka Pewter Ware printed on the side was reported stolen. The third was reported at a vacant suite in which a Craftsman Pressure Washer was reported stolen. March 29, 2011 At 4:15 pm VPD arrested Willie Spratley , age 31 of 3185 Flowers Hill Road. Spratley was arrested at 200 County Lane and charged with Sale of Marijuana after an undercover investigation. Spratley’s bond was set at $5,000.00. At 6:48 VPD responded to 106 Alfred Drive in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival officers found that Vivian Davis, age 50, had been shot once in the head. Police arrested her husband Raleigh Davis, age 54, for Aggravated Domestic Violence. Vivian Davis was transported to River Region and later transferred to UMC and is critical condition. Raleigh Davis is being held without bond in the Warren County Jail. Police did recover a weapon believed to be used in the shooting. At 9:42 pm VPD took a report of a residential burglary in the 1400 block of East Avenue were a Samsung Laptop, charger and computer bag were reported stolen. ]]]]> ]]>
