HERE.  Vaughn is expected to make his initial court appearance today. A 34 year old Vicksburg man is in custody and awaiting arraignment on the charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.  Matthew O’Neal of 2160 Frontage Road was arrested on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 in the area of Highway 61 South and Cedars Road.  O’Neal’s initial hearing is on today’s docket.]]]]> ]]>
