VPD Crime Report – June 21, 2011

June 20, 2011 7:43 am VPD arrested Troy Borck, age 41 of 5610 Hwy 61 South, after responding to the River Front Park at 249 Cashman Drive for a suspicious person.  A records check revealed an outstanding warrant for Borck from Garrard County, Kentucky for Rape and Sodomy. Borck is being held with no bond pending extradition. 8:07 am VPD responded to the 4100 block of Woodlawn Circle in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival the resident  stated she had confronted a black male inside the residence and that he and another black male fled on foot. At 8:26 am VPD arrested Tarik Hall, age 17 of 334 Shady Lane, in the 2100 block of Porters Chapel Road  who matched the description provided by the resident. Hall was charged with Residential Burglary and is being held on a $25,000.00 bond. The other suspect fled into a wooded area on Porters Chapel Road and has not been apprehended. 3:45 pm VPD took a report of an auto burglary in the 1500 block of Lummie Street of a 2008 BMW in which a purse and its contents were reported stolen. June 21, 2011 VPD responded to the 100 block of Elizabeth Circle in reference to a residential burglary in which a 42″ flat screen TV was reported stolen.]]]]> ]]>
