VPD Crime Report – November 8, 2011

On November 7, 2011 at 9:28 am VPD took a report of a business burglary at Simpson Consulting, at 919 Belmont Street, in which a Smith & Wesson .38 revolver, a Magnavox DVD player and $90.00 cash was reported stolen. On November 8, 2011 at 4:23 am VPD arrested Alex Gonzales, age 50 of 70 Bodies Drive, on a warrant for Home Repair Fraud in which received $2,500.00 in advance to replace a heating/ac unit but never preformed the work. Gonzales was initially stopped in Alexander County, NC on October 25, 2011 and a records check showed the warrant from Vicksburg. Gonzales is being held without bond.]]]]> ]]>
