Calls for Service during Winter Storm
During the period from Friday, February 12, 2021, through Sunday, February 21, 2021, the
Vicksburg Police Department responded to 806 weather-related calls for service. This number
includes 181 “weather” calls (fallen trees and branches, stalled vehicles, impassable roads, etc.),
41 motor vehicle accidents, 35 calls involving downed power lines, and 549 citizen escorts.

Auto Theft
On Monday, February 22, 2021, at 6:13am officers responded to Cannon Motors, 2047 North
Frontage Road, in reference to a burglary. The complainant reported that someone broke the
glass out of a door on the east side of the building and stole a 2021 Toyota Rav4.

Auto Theft
On Monday, February 22, 2021, at 7:27pm officers responded to a residence in the 2200 block of
Grove in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim stated that someone stole her 2004 Lexus
ES330.
