VPD reports a residential burglary and shots fired

The Vicksburg Police Department reports that the following crimes occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 29:

Police officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Alcorn Drive in reference to a residential burglary. The complainant reported a Hewlett-Packard computer, a Roku television, a Vizio television, a Mac book, an Amazon tablet and a mini-computer were missing.

This incident is under investigation, and no suspects have been identified.

Officers also responded to the 2700 block of Alcorn Dive in reference to shots having been fired in the vicinity. When they arrived, the officers saw no signs of suspicious activity.
