VPD reports a shooting incident on North Washington

The Vicksburg Police Department reports a shooting into an occupied vehicle Thursday.

At 11:38 p.m. officers responded to the area of North Washington Street and Waltersville Estates.

The victim said that while he was in Waltersville Estates, someone shot at his 2007 Honda Accord. As he was leaving the area, he felt his steering wheel pull and noticed one of his tires had been shot and was damaged.
