Vicksburg Police Department seeking wanted suspect, reward offered

On Thursday, Vicksburg Police Department announced on social media they were seeking Alexander Jamal Lindsey for a capias warrant. A capias warrant is a legal document issued by a judge in court that empowers law enforcement officers to arrest individuals who fail to appear in court, neglect to pay fines in a timely manner, or violate civil court orders, such as those pertaining to child support.

Lindsey’s last known address is 2025 Military Ave.

A $2,500 reward for tips leading to an arrest is being offered by Crime Stoppers.
