VPD shows out in force and serves warrants

Vicksburg Police Department was serving warrants with a show of force on Friday.

Vicksburg Daily News received messages concerning a large amount of officers seen at a residence on Grange Hall Road and at Cappaert Manufacturing on Highway 61.

While information around the incident(s) is being kept tight-lipped, we can confirm that at least part of the show of force was to serve warrants at these locations.

At least one person was arrested at Cappaert Manufacturing.
