VWSD announces early dismissal of high school students on Friday

The Vicksburg Warren School District announced it will be releasing students early on Friday.

VWSD announced River City Early College High School, Warren Central High School and Vicksburg High School will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m. on Friday.

The district states the early dismissal is so the traffic can clear around the campus before the Red Carpet Bowl.

This only affects high schools. Middle and elementary schools will follow normal scheduling.
