Wanted in Adams County, captured in California
Jamarhi Lucas, 22, wanted in Adams County for controlled substance violations since last year, has been captured near Los Angeles.
WJTV reports that that Lucas was arrested during a traffic stop, according to Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten. He is awaiting extradition back to Mississippi.
