Warren County Courts and Youth Courts continue to operate

Warren County and Youth Court Judge Marcie T. Southerland says that her courts continue to operate, although there may be some new procedures to follow.

Many issues are being resolved via telephone or video conferencing. Southerland continues to follow directives from the Mississippi Supreme Court requiring due process be available to the public even during the COVID-19 crisis.

If you have matters before either court, you or your attorney of record should contact the Warren County Court at 601-638-8026 or Youth Court at 601–630-8004 to get instructions to move forward.
