The Warren County Election Commission is offering voters a chance to come test their new voting system purchased by the Warren County Board of Supervisors.

The new system aims to provide an easier and better voting process.

After signing in at the pollbook with photo ID, voters will be issued a paper ballot. The voter will then proceed to a private voting booth.

After the voter is done marking their ballot, the voter will insert the ballot into the Precinct Scanner, which will complete the voting process.

Every precinct will also have an ADA compliant touch screen voting machine for voters who are visually or physically impaired.

Those wishing to test the new system can do so on Thursday and Friday, May 26 and May 27 at 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and Saturday, May 28 from 9 a.m. until noon. The machines will be set up in the Warren County Courthouse lobby.
