Warren County Election Commission looking for November poll workers

The Warren County Election Commission is looking for folks to work the polls in November.

The essential requirements for poll worker (manager) positions are that the individual is a registered voter in Warren County and is 18 or older. Poll workers must complete four hours of training annually and are paid for working.

For additional information and to apply, visit the Warren County website and fill out an online application.

The commission is also accepting student interns, open to high school juniors and seniors, including those who are home schooled. Finally, the commission will be hiring 23 people responsible for COVID-19 cleaning at each polling place. They will have to attend a one-hour training. Email Sara Dionne at sdionne@co.warren.ms.us for more information.

All positions are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2020.
