Warren County man caught with fentanyl while being served misdemeanor warrant

A Warren County man being served for a misdemeanor warrant now faces felony charges after being found in possession of fentanyl.

According to Sheriff Martin Pace, On June 14, deputies were serving a misdemeanor warrant in the 400 block of Douglas Road when they noticed the suspect, identified as 39-year-old Christopher D. Brock, appearing to hide something from them.

Pace stated that deputies found the item was a package containing several grams of fentanyl.

Brock was arrested for his misdemeanor warrant and now faces an additional felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Brock had a bond set for $10,000 which he has posted.

Additionally, an adult female was also apprehended at the scene and subsequently charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
