Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrest Louisiana woman on a felony theft warrant

On Dec. 1 at noon, Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Marie Taylor, 22, of Louisiana, in the 4800 block of Nailor Road in Vicksburg on a felony theft warrant issued in Caddo Parish, La.

Caddo Parish Sheriff’s deputies notified local authorities that Taylor was suspected of being in Vicksburg at the address.

After deputies made the arrest, records showed that Taylor also had outstanding misdemeanor warrants with the Vicksburg Municipal Court. 

She made her initial appearance in court today, Dec. 1, for an extradition hearing and was then turned over to the Vicksburg Police Department to be processed for her warrants with the Municipal Court Judge.

After completing her obligations with the Municipal Court, Taylor will then be turned over to Caddo Parish authorities.
