Warren County has officially been given the all-clear as storms begin to roll out of the area.

Warren County Emergency Management Director John Elfer notified Vicksburg Warren E911 that as of 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, the National Weather Service in Jackson sees no weather activity that will have significant impact on our area for the remainder of today.

The city and county still have crews still dealing with trees down in numerous locations, however there have been no reports of property damage. These tree issues are concentrated in areas South of I-20 which saw winds in excess of 60 mph in several places.

VDN will continue to monitor the situation throughout the evening and update any developments.
