Watson led the Wildcats to an undefeated season
Coach Derrick Watson led the Wildcats to become the Vicksburg YMCA flag football champions for the 5, 6 and 7-year-olds league.
The Wildcats finished their season Monday night with a 6-0 record as they defeated the Broncos 2:0-7. The Wildcats have been blowing out their opponents all season; no team in the league has been able to stop them.
Wildcats running back Kaleb Sims finished Monday’s game with three touchdowns to help his team remain undefeated. He is the son of Wildcats coach Derrick Watson.
The Wildcats team is made up of boys from the Vicksburg-Warren School School District who have all worked hard this season to bring home the championship.
