WC and PCA looking to bounce back after Tuesday losses

Porter’s Chapel Academy and Warren Central High School baseball teams had tough losses on Tuesday.

PCA lost to Cathedral 7-3, where they had three pitchers on the mound. Chase Hearn struck out three batters while Zach Ashley and John Wyatt Massey both struck out four.

Taylor Labarre and Gage Palmer both had two hits while Gavin Pugh and Hearn collected one hit.

PCA will travel to play Clinton Christian on Friday.

WC took a 7-1 loss to Germantown, where Blake Channell went 2 for three at the plate with one RBI while Brooks Willoughby struck out eight batters.

The Vikings will travel to Madison Central on Saturday.
