WC and VHS to host big games Friday night

Both Vicksburg and Warren Central High School will be at home Friday night playing against district teams.

The Gators will host Ridgeland and are playing for the right to host a playoff game in a few weeks. The Gators are currently on a five-game winning streak. A win tonight will put VHS in a good position to face Neshoba Central next week who are also undefeated in district play.

The Vikings hold a 3-3 record and will be hosting Pearl. The Vikings are looking to secure their first district win. Warren Central is looking to turn around their season. A win against Pearl could help the team gain momentum.

Both games start at 7 p.m. Scores will be updated by the end of the game.
