WC clinched a playoff spot after defeating Terry

Warren Central High School took down Terry 15-2 on Thursday and easily clinched a playoff spot.

Braxton McCurley popped things off with a double which brought in two scores. Preston Lynch then sacrificed to push the lead to 3-0 in the first inning

In the third inning Lunch stepped up and hit a triple to put more run scores on the board.

Lynch and McCurley both led with four RBIs while Davenport went 2 for 2. Joey Greer and McCurley also finished with two hits.

Brooks Willoughby struck out 11 and Jack Wright struck out one.

Big hits in the fourth inning by McCurley, Floyd Davenport, Blake Channell and Seth Sterling helped secure the 15-2 win.
