WC defeated Jefferson County 68-50 on Tuesday

Warren Central High School girl’s basketball team defeated Jefferson County 68-50 on Tuesday.

Jae’la Smith led with 13 points while Zion Harvey and Kayleigh Karel both added 10 points. Alexis Jefferies put up 11 in the win and Bre McDowell finished with eight.

Mariah Harrison contributed six points while Mariah Burnett and Lauren Madison scored four points and Beatrice Porter added two.

WC is now 8-5 on the year under Head Coach Pooh Robinson.
