Warren Central High School baseball team picked up a 5-4 win over West Harrison after a couple of late runs on Saturday.

A single by Mann got WH on the board first to take a 1-0 lead.

The Vikings wouldn’t respond until the third inning when Jack Wright got a double while Blake Channell followed up with a single to tie the game at one. A hit by Kylan Landers would give the Vikings a 2-1 lead heading into the fourth.

By the seventh inning, the Vikings were down 4-3 when Landers and Seth Sterling both stepped up at the plate to bring in runs and WC went up 5-4. Landers would then strike out a couple of batters in the seventh to put the game away and leave WC with the win.
