WC football player Taylen Smith commits to Coahoma CC

Warren Central High School football player Taylen Smith has now verbally committed to Coahoma Community College to play football.

Smith made the announcement earlier today on Facebook as he was proud to share where he will be playing next.

Smith was one of the best players on the Vikings defense this season, whose skill and determination helped lead the team to a successful 9-3 record. He racked up 43 tackles and eights sacks in the 2020 season while playing under head coach Josh Morgan.

Smith will join Coahoma this summer when he will be competing for a starting position in his freshmen season.
