WC freshmen baseball team defeated Clinton on Thursday

Warren Central High School freshman baseball team split wins with Clinton on Thursday.

In game one, the Vikings took a 2-1 loss where Caden Cole, Tristan Jamison and Jacob Channell all hit singles while Blake Caruthers hit a double. Justin Greer struck out six batters in the loss.

In game two, WC turned around and pulled off a 2-1 win over the Arrows. A single from Beau Bradley gave the Vikings their first run which was in the second inning. After a single by Josh Williamson and Bradley in the fourth, Greer managed to earn a steal for the final run of the night.

Bradley struck out five batters in the win and WC will travel to play Germantown on Monday.
