WCHS basketball cheerleaders won multiple awards at camp
The Warren Central High School varsity basketball cheerleaders attended the Urban Cheer Experience Camp from June 13-16 at Grambling State University in Ruston, Louisiana.
The Vikings won several awards including the Overall Superior Awards for Game Day Cheer and Sideline Cheer. They received second place in the U-Tine Cheer category and they were the Overall Superior Team in the Small Varsity Division.
Other awards include the Overall Superior Team of the Week and the On Point Award. Six girls qualified as All American Cheerleaders and are eligible to perform in Honolulu, HI December 4-9 for the UCE Urban Cheerleading Showcase.
