After a successful junior year in softball, Warren Central High School players Lola Crozier and Abby Morgan were selected to play in the 2022 Fast Pitch All-Star Game.

The all-star game was played over the weekend. Crozier and Morgan helped the South Team to a victory in game two.

Morgan pitched in the final three innings of game one. However, she showed her true talents in game two. She struck out nine batters and went 2 for 3 at the plate. The game resulted in a 9-6 win.

“It was great experience to play with some great players and I feel that all the competitiveness will help me get to the next level,” Morgan said.

Crozier was WC’s 2022 Team MVP. She was also the right-fielder in the all-star game and went 1 for 2 at the plate.

“It was an honor to be selected to play and a great opportunity to compete along some of the most talented athletes,” Crozier said
