Weather conditions in the area creating roadway hazards

Weather conditions in the area have created a number of hazards on the roadways.

As of 5:20 p.m., the following was reported to Vicksburg Daily News.

• Trees are blocking both lanes at Robinhood Road and Fisher Ferry. Reports indicate power lines are involved.
• Sherman Avenue near Standard Hill has a limb over the roadway which is causing drivers to dangerously switch lanes to avoid.
• Villanova road has a large washout near the 200 block. Reports state the only addresses accessible on Villanova from Oak Ridge is 115 and 235. Gowall road will have to be used to access others.
