Weathersby honored for 32 years of service
Greater Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church was the site of a covid-style parade this afternoon.
Underneath tents set up outside, Pastor Walter Weathersby stood alongside his wife, First Lady Rosa Weathersby, waving and greeting car after car driving by to congratulate the couple on 32 years of service to the church and community.
The event was organized by parishioners who had arranged for participants to gather at Beechwood Elementary.
