Wes Warnock commits to Delta State University

Vicksburg native Wes Warnock has committed to Delta State University.

Warnock, who is currently playing for Mississippi Delta Community College, made the announcement on Wednesday night.

Currently, Warnock has a .422 batting average, three home runs, 17 RBIs and 31 runs this season for the Trojans.

Warnock is a 2021 graduate of St. Aloysius High School where he was named as VDN’s 2021 baseball Player of the Year.
