“Wine Down Wednesday” coming to the Eliz Event Center this Wednesday

This Wednesday, an event featuring wine and line dancing will be entertaining guests at the Eliz Event Center.

The get together known as “Wine Down Wednesday,” will take place every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Doors will open to all “Wine Down” guests at 6 p.m. Entry costs just five dollars and will include five dollar wine, one dollar off of select beer, chef salad, appetizers, and either fish, shrimp or a po’boy.

This week’s line dancing extravaganza will be led by instructors Leyla Shelton and Joslyn Dunnigan. Trina Lloyd, manager of Vapor World and owner of her own fruit arrangement business, Juicy Fruits, LLC., will be the evening’s host.

Lloyd is looking forward to bringing life to the community this coming Wednesday. She encourages anyone who’s interested to join in on the celebration of making it halfway through the work week by relaxing with some wine and dancing. When asked what guests need to know, Lloyd stated, “Come in your comfortable shoes ready to learn. It’ll be during happy hour and we’re gonna have a great time!”

Happy hour at the Eliz Event Center takes place during 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The center is located at 4002 B, Highway 61 South, Vicksburg, MS, 39180.
